FAQs IS IT A REAL PYTHON SKIN?

Yes, we use only genuine python skin. How to distinguish the real leather from the fake one Python skin consists of distinct individual scales. Each of these scales is like a separate element that you can pull and it will never come off. Run your hand over the Python's skin and you will immediately feel these individual scales. There will be no such feeling on a fake. Artificially repeat this texture is impossible.
All that is on the fake is a print or maximum embossing (stamp) on the skin under the scales, but you will never clearly feel them and will not be able to separate each of them.
Thermal conductivity. Python skin is significantly more heat-conducting than cow or sheep skin. If you put your hand to the natural Python skin, you will feel how quickly it heats up.

CUSTOMS FEES AND TAXES

Please be aware that some countries impose customs fees and taxes for packages that enter your country. In case of the parcel is hold by custom or delivery services of your or another country , the we are not responsible and do not refund the cost of goods.

IF THE PARCEL IS BEING DELIVERED FOR A LONG TIME?

We start looking for the parcel if, according to its tracking number, its location is not changed within 14 days.
We will write an inquiry for search, according to the law, the Post Service can answer the inquiry from 30 till 90 days. For this period of time, the parcel will be either found and delivered, or recognized as lost.
If the parcel is recognized as lost, you will get the 100% compensation of the sum of the order.
If the parcel is found but delivered with long delay, you will not get the compensation. All terms are not exact but approximate. We cannot influence the work of the post service.

We don't ship everywhere in the world, but we do ship to many countries. To the countries of Europe  we can only make wholesale from min 5 pieces. If your country is not available, contact us and we'll see if we can ship to you.
