The customer can only cancel the order befor the order has been processed. We have the rigth to cancel orders for reasons such as - item is out of stock, pricing errors, article found as defective in Quality Control or the credit/debit cart payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
Exchange:t's important to us that you are happy with your purchase, but all products purchased can be exchanged within 7 days only if: The item(s) is defective or has missing accessories, wrong size/order/article issue at the time of delivery. Please, CONTACT US within 3 days of receiving your package.
We are a small company and simply cannot pay for shipping for you to return you product if you have decided you don't want it. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to consider exchanges. Such scenarios include, but are not limited to the following:
- The parcel was delayed on the way. We are not responsible for the work of the post office during the pandemic period.
- Product colors may vary slightly due to the photographic lighting source or the screen, thus the product is not eligible for exchange for this particular reason. Being handcrafted, each piece will vary slightly in its pattern, color, texture and scale size. It depends on a python skin batch, which is never exactly the same. As the actual colors you see will depend on your screen resolution, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery. However, we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website.
- Product is damaged because of use.
- Product has been tampered.
- Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing and order invoice.
- Any excess embellishment utilized during shoots will not be provided with the product unless mentioned on the website.
- We don't accept return or exchange because of the size of the item. Please make sure you double check measurements and read product details before purchasing. Being handcrafted, a small discrepancy in size is permissible, but no more than 2 cm .
